The space is divided into one bedroom (including a queen-size bed and a bunker double), a kitchen, a living room (which can also function as a bedroom because of a courtsey screen that affords the necessary privacy) and a bathroom with sauna.
Wood, the color green and the image of the deer, are the leading themes of this apartment. Hardwood was handcrafted out of full trunks to shape, for example, the bedroom board coating that frames a photo of the Giau Pass Gusela Peak and the nearby pond.

Equipment

All apartments enjoy wifi internet connection and floor heating system and also the following equipment: induction stove, microwave oven, expresso coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, satellite TV, crockery and cutlery set, hair dryer, washer and dryer.
Courtesy set composed of: salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, tea and herbal tea, coffee pods, sugar, washing up liquid and laundry soap.
Linen: full bedding, towels, bathrobes, slippers, tablecloth, tea towels. The bedding is fully changed every time new guests arrive and at least once a week.

Parking

All guests can use the unroofed car parking area in front of the building, the roofed and lockable garage for motorcycles and bicycles and the sports and skiing equipment storage area (fitted with skiing boot dryer).

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT conditions

Automatic check-in possible at any time after 4pm and check-out by 10am. Municipal tourist tax 2 euros per person/day (excluding under 13s) up to a maximum of 5 nights. In July, August, February and in the period between Christmas and Epiphany minimum stays of one week while in other periods the minimum days of stay are variable. In low season special prices for long stays.
