Apartment LOF
as a “stua”
-
This studio apartment is the oldest part of the house.
In terms of furnishings, it is organized as a “stua”, i.e. the lounge area of old Dolomites homes. The uphill wall is entirely covered in wood dating back to the early 19 hundreds. The large cupboard featured in this room is a refurbished grains storage cabinet. The ancestors of the Troi-Colcuc family used it as some sort of pantry where they stored flour, barley, rye and other winter supplies.
The apartment has a sleeping area and a food preparation area with a glass door leading outdoors: you can sit here to admire the scenery, you will be able to spot deer and roe deer grazing in the wide meadow below and also the birds performing their soothing birdsongs.
The apartment features a bathroom with a window.
Surface area of the accommodation: 38 sq.m -
