The building hosting “La Cesa delle Angele” located in Colle Santa Lucia dates back to  the 17th century.
According to estimates, the first building was completed during 1878: this date was found in a carving on the apex, the highest point of the roof, joined by the layers that divert the flow of rainy water, that scrupulously preserved over time.
Built as a tiny, cosy unit made of stone and wood, the cottage was inhabited by various families, during that time.
But there is a particular family that is held in the special memories of the oldest people in the village: Angela and her unmarried daughters. Three women that took the nickname of “Le Angele”.
And since then, the house has taken the name after them; in fact it still called in the original Ladino language “la cesa delle Angele”.
And this is where our name comes from.

The property has undergone another significant refurbishment recently: in fact on 11 January 2023 the B&B is transformed into 4 holiday deluxe apartments featured by high standard innovation, refined wood, quality of materials and attention to details.
The connection with tradition is still marked by the presence of the 1878 restored apex: an authentic natural symbol marking the history of this house.
The aim of the Troi’s family is to create a familiar atmosphere to their guests within their stay, and offering them the best comforts and services, including a stunning view on the church dedicated to S. Lucia and on the breath-taking imposing Dolomites.
